Details for the T9 cab

The cab of the T9 is open and rather visible, it was said that footplate crews rode on rather in Drummond’s locos. Therefore an effort to detail the cab interior is essential. These are the backheads for the D15 and 0395 made by David Taylor and very nice too.

This is a fret of details from Wizard Models, originally from Mainly Trains.

I intend to fabricate additional details from bits of fine bore brass tube and 35A cooker copper wire.

And this is the casting for the backhead from Jim Smellie, it is superb.
